Today I photographed Sarah & Ryan's engagement session. They were brave letting me take pictures of them in the cold. But I tell you, they were fun and such good sports! :) Here are a few of my favorites. Aren't they adorable?
It's so hard to believe that it's already 2008. 2007 went by so fast. So many things happened that were good and bad. But mostly it was all a learning experience in the end.
I don't think we will ever stop learning, because that is how God designed us. To constantly be learning about who He is, how we are to bring people closer to Him and to His nature.
That's why I believe that God has head me in to Photography. To bring people closer to him and to learn more about Him with every photo I take. Because every photo is precious, just like we are precious to Him. I have been honored with being able to capture moments in peoples lives and moment in nature just so that God can be glorified in those pictures. It's an amazing thought, really.
I've stopped making resolutions every year, and instead I've started to make goals. My goal every year is to draw closer to God. This year I'm adding on to that: My Goal is to draw closer to God through photography. Of course I have other goals as well, but this is my goal for Photography. I don't ever want to stop learning about God and photography. Never.
So, here we begin 2008.
